Re ground the tip and resharpened. Cleaned everything up and added a new string. Tighten the sheath, conditioned it and restitched part of it.

Yeah there was some pitting on both sides of the ricasso just in front of the bolster I wasn't able to get out. I've learned over the years not to get too carried away there. Ya can grind in divots trying to get those corrosion pits out. Its a balancing deal.

No charge for a spa visit. This lady sent me a chocolate bar from some famous candy store on Michigan's Northern Peninsula. Not only was that nice it was really really good!
