Hi everyone!
I have another Barkeep for your consideration. This knife has been one of my most successful designs over the years. I originally made it for cutting limes and lemons, or anything else that a Bartender might need to cut. The model was a hit and eventually people started using them as cheese slicers and even EDC knives.
The Barkeep is 6 inches long with a 2.5 inch cutting edge. I put a hollow grind on these knives and they are razor sharp. This Barkeep is made from 52100 steel and has my molten finish!
The scales are rock-carved and highly polished Crushed Mud Acrylic.
