Aaah, so it's you whos awesome knives keep turning up on ebay with the ''i bought a few too many knives from someone a while back and decided to sell a few'' description :D
 
I did make a lightbox according to your inspiration out of PVC and glue. It came out fine. But now, I discovered a portable lightbox for even cheaper. It's called the soft lightbox and is made in the same style as those wire roll up window sunshades. Just in the white tyvek or mylar fabric.

Got one on that big auction site for $30 and it's 30X30 and can fold up into a little ball.

bttt -- For those about to get Christmas INFI. Don't forget to photograph them and post the pics here. Remember this rule of the internet, "No pics, didn't happen." ;)
 
I have not yet to date ever sold anything on Ebay.

Some people do seem to use pictures I have taken of my knives.

Many of the pictures I have taken are shown on Badmojo, where I am proud to be represented.

I have taken down all of my pictures from BladeForums.

Any/all knives I have sold in the last several years have either sold from ads on Bladeforums for sale forum, or from folks calling/emailing me.

I keep this thread on my favorites. It's a lot of useful info in them thar links.

Thanks RokJok, a ton of work went into compiling this thread I'm sure.


I wonder how many people out there take great pics of everthing now just because they wanted to learn how to take great pics of their Busse's.

I just saw this thread. Very nice work. I have a cheap old 2.0 meg camera and I haven't read all of the above links and info yet, but in a few quick scans I already picked up many good ideas I need to try.....

To be honest, unless your taking pictures to blow up into posters then you really don't need anything over a 3.0
 
I don't actually own any INFI.

I just Photo-Chop other people's knives into familiar settings. :eek:

So I agree... you folks need to take better pictures. :D

Is there anyplace that SKUNK won't stach shots of new(and unavailable) knives?
I love the anticipation but couldn't we get some knives to go with these shots?
