Back in Feburary,

I sold a Becks WSK (Wilderness Survival Knife, AKA Tracker Knife) to a Richard James of
3543 Tates Creek Road Apt. 103
Lexington, Kentucky 40517

Who wrote me a bad check for: $368.00.
Here's the thief's correspondence:
"Dear opag44, Please let me know if you have recieved the other $368.00 I sent you for the tracker knife, and if it has been sent. Thanks, Richard"

The Univerisity Of Kentucky Credit Union will not except responsibility for the bad check.

If any forumites have suggestions, I am all ears. Other wise, steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a man: Richard James!

Diablero :barf:

Interstate commerce = postal inspectors = fed time.

Go to the post office and explain, ask about your options. Do the same at the local PD as well as the state PD and your bank.

Passing interstate bad checks is felony behavior, not taken lightly - have your bank press the issue and see if the little f()cker has passed other bad paper.
