Hi my name is Al Welke, and I am making Becker BK 10 Kydex custom sheaths.

$35 taco style and $45 pancake style. in the USA

All prices includes shipping in the USA.

They are set up for a large tek lok, and will carry verticle horizontal and at a 45.
Tek lok not included. (Please add $13.95 if needed)

I can also make drop belt loops, and tek lok bridges from kydex. ($20 includes mounting hardware)

What is the pricing on the tek lok bridge and the drop leg loop ? and what would be the odds of pictures of same?

These are gonna be sweet.

This knife may be a little to wide for the ESEE molle back. I measure 2 3/8" center to center on the ESEE. The thumb ramp may get in the way on the BK10. I will make a pancake style and see how close I can get the rivits.
Thank You for the suggestion.:)
Al

Will the pancake ones fit a ESEE MOLLE back?

PM coming, thank you sir.

Just ordered mine. I've never had a kydex sheath before. I'm pretty excited about it. :D

i want one but i'd like to see the pancake style too before deciding which one.

Email sent. :) Looking forward to these.

Update: payment sent. Can't wait for this fine piece. Look for pics when I get it.

did the pancake style end up fitting the esee molle back, particularly the back that fits the esee 6 (not sure if they are different between 3/4 and the 5/6)?

to wide with the the thumb ramp, it will not fit without an adapter.

I'm totally down with the sheath part, looks good and well made. What I'm having trouble with is The attachment system to a belt.
1)Does the tek lok bridge screw down on both sides of a pancake sheath or just one side?
2) could a joint be put into the system between the belt attachment and the sheath itself to allow it to flex when sitting. ( Think Dangler)
Like this but Kydex,

answer on that? also, does the tek lok itself (without the bridge) screw in on both sides of pancake?

thanks!

Bump:)

The tek lok bridge would screw down on one side, as does the tek lok. Only a very small knife would a tek lok be able to stradle. I can make the bridge stradle the sheath if need be. but it will be bulkier and cost $10 more than the normal bridge price because of the added hardware and labor.
Thank you,
Al

Just to let people know. i got my bk10 and bk7 taco style sheaths. They both came out awesome. Fitment is great. Hold tight but loose enough to pop out with your thumb. Even come with a lil drain hole on the bottom. attention to detail was not spared. Thank you Azwelke. Pics to follow in a another thread.
