I got the ESEE MOLLE back off of their 5/6 sheath.

You can, if you like a higher ride, fold over the belt loop and lash it. I've seen people use a zip tie as well.

I like that idea. Simple and functional.

I've always liked the factory Kydex sheath for my BK2. I use the large TekLok and very happy with it. The kydex sheath is very positive and secure the way the BK2 snaps into it. I hate dangling things flopping around on my side. Gotta be up close and snug on my hip.

Here are a few light mods I did to the sheath for my BK2:

1) Added a d-ring from a belt that came with a pair of shorts I bought at Target; pulled the waistband strap off my Condor Compact Assault Pack and trimmed it down and used the existing buckles for easy on and off.



2) Added a velcro closure sheath to the existing sheath....



3) ....using about 7' of paracord.



Again, just a few light mods. Seeing some of things being down with these tekloks is giving me some other ideas though...
