  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Becker BK-62 becomes BK-62-4.5”

Update:
I ended up ordering a couple of the Kabar Cordura sheaths. I found that the modded BK-62 fits wonderfully as reported!
I also found that Garbergs fit as well, however, only the liwer strap can be snapped shut.
Thanks!

The tweener ones?
They're the best import fabric sheath I've ever spotted.
Someone was just considering buying one of my such combos (consigned) down at the outing store this afternoon (I left so he could decide without me hovering)

Yes, the Tweener sheaths. I only had one with a 16 which was passed on to my son. So I had to order new ones for this project, plus.

Yeah, they're hard to beat for $20. And frankly, would be hard to beat for $50 if they were produced domestically.
A local craftsman in the tactical fabric arts was working on a similar design for me (w/ changeable inserts), but his family up and moved to Texas, so the project stalled. That's how good I think they are.
