Received a PM from the buyer; replied to him, and it sold. You hadn't posted at that point, or I hadn't received it, as I have been checking in. Sorry you missed out; strongly suggest elevating your user status to be able to PM potential sellers.
 
Made lots of purchases here. Never had a problem till now. I thought "I'll take it" in the thread and timestamp took precedence. I can see good reason for that. It's your property, sell to who you want. Just shady is all.
 
Not shady at all. FWIW, this type of situation happened to me on more than one occasion. Also, some sellers are selling items on several different sites simultaneously; thus items are here now, then gone in a flash. It happens all the time, thus my suggestion of a better grade of membership so you can make direct contact with the seller.
