Hanwei Vicksburg Bowie historical reproduction
The original Vicksburg bowie has another version of the Spanish notch and was made in about 1836 by the W. & S. Butcher company. The blade style is indicative of an early production Bowie and the hilt style became known as a dogbone grip for obvious reasons.
9" flat ground carbon steel blade, Nickel Silver fittings, antique style sheath w/ nickel silver fittings and French-fitted case. Handle has a nameplate which can be engraved if desired. $175 shipped TYD
