Becker BK7 on TV show Arrow ?

I just saw this show pop up in my netflix list. The hinge half naked dude made me pass on it at the time... Maybe I'll give it a shot after my binge walking dead season 3 marathon last weekend, inn out of shows!
 
I am not familiar with that show, but unless it was a show that had a message that BKT did not agree with, I can't see why you wouldn't want your knife being featured on a TV show. In fact, most companies have to pay the movie/tv show for their product to be used in it....that's how they finance these movies. When they decide that they are going to film these, they contact the major companies like Coke, Pepsi, Marlboro, etc and tell them "hey we have this blockbuster movie coming out and the main character smokes like a chimney...and for $2,000,000 he can smoke Marlboro". Being that they didn't prominently display the Becker label, I doubt Becker had to agree or pay in any way. The only people it advertises to are Becker fans who can recognize the BK7 and either already have one or don't want one.

The walking dead also featured. Busse combat knives tglb , and many gerber pos . Sons of anarchy has kabar all through out it , but there's one very laughable scene where jax put a very obviously rubber kabar thru an irish mans hand. You can see the rubber knife bend lol
