Becker Cooking Knives

Finally found a deal on 'em and pulled the trigger. Woo hoo.
You get yours yet? How do you like them?
 
Ah, no I haven't got them yet. I got a day pack instead....I really need to prioritize my gear purchases.
 
I have a set - don't care for the colour scheme much but the knives are good. Excellent value, nice and thin for slicing and seem to hold an edge really well.
 
they're wicked sharp. cut myself good once. healed stupidly clean. good thing the bone was in the way, or i'd have lost a finger.

i've managed to cut down trees, carve bowls, and even chisel diamonds; they're that good :D
 
I like the look of these knives, I might have to suggest to a few family members that I might like these for christmas :)
 
I ordered a set and they arrived last week.

These things came razor sharp and cut like a dream. Right out of the gate I tossed two of my older knives out.

Good stuff!



I just tested one really quick to make sure it shaves hair. It does.
No cooking pics for me - this is going to make a very good Christmas for a family member. Now I just need to get a new Joy of Cooking to go with it.
