MSRP ~$400 means dealer price ~$200. At a street price of ~$300 you will not only have to compete against Busse, but Fehrman, the Chris Reeve Green Beret, and many other production knives of that length coming out or already out in S30V and other premium steels. I suspect there will be some initial sales, but it will not be sustainable at $300.

Did you guys do market research?

I hope you have a prototype at the SHOT show.

Also, Simonich Raven sells retail at ~$300.
 
Don't forget these new knives will also be competing with the new Hossom/Ontario collaboration in S30V and micarta. They're rolling out an entire line at once and from what I hear at realistic prices.

If these new Beckers hit the market at $300 I'm afraid they will be DOA.
 
I was likeing the look of the Extreme, but at $300 I could get a Fehrman, or even a Busse or Chris Reeve. I seriously hope Camillus will get the price down, to say, $150 street price.
