Becker Failure ?

Has anyone experienced any trouble with their Becker blades cracking or breaking? If so, what happened?
 
Not that I've heard. In fact I haven't heard too many credible stories like this about any knife - although Cliff has broken his share.
 
The only person I know of that's broken one in what could be considered "normal" use is Cliff Stamp, and I do believe that was a Patrol Machete being used to chop decently sized frozen tree limbs.
 
BK7, Bk9, and the Bk10 (becker necker) still going strong. Pounded the 7 and the 9 through many of oak logs for fire wood and the only thing that happens is the powder coating gets scratched up. Even through all that abuse I have put them through, just a quick touch up and they are razor sharp again.

Thanks for the input. I have (2) BK2s, BK4, BK7, BK9, & a BK11 and have had no problems whatsoever with them. I was just curious about other people's experience with them.
