Becker Field Bag (Dump Thread)

The bags look great. <edit; I am just not comfortable with the price. >

Been using this bag almost daily since I got it late last month.

Here are some pics starting with the bag itself.

I (like Guyon) am using the side Velcro pocket for my glasses. It sucks getting old!

The other side pocket is perfect for dog poop bags. Living in Toronto's downtown core, dog owners have to pick up after their dogs otherwise the sidewalks would be a messy "minefield".

Some of the items I carry daily. With two dogs, the dog treats are mandatory. The BK 11 comes in handy for a variety of cutting and bottle opening tasks. The Aleve is self explanatory. In the tin in the upper corner I have my ear buds for my phone and a Petzl E+Lite headlamp.

A few more items, including leather gloves, chapstick and some chew.

Finally, we have a Saddleback wallet and a small tin with a spare battery for my Galaxy S3 and a lighter.

The small zippered pocket on the back perfectly fits an Izula Gear passport case (also made by Karen who makes the Becker Bags).

No concealed carry up here in Canada but the pocket is very useful for other important items.

Finally, here is a picture of Karen, the gal who actually sews the bags. We met her when we bought the bag - incredible person.

Did I also mention that she's also a very talented leather artisan. (Sorry for the slight hijack.)

Good post Gus, you've definitely got a wide variety of items. I'm stealing the tin idea for my earbuds.

Thanks Murph! Glad you like the earbud-tin idea. I just got tired of the cables always being tangled with the other gear in my bag.
