So I just thought I would post this here for you guys to see. Just sold this knife on the exchange to a Beckerhead. Its my second attempt at any real filework and I think it turned out ok. I think next time, instead of visualizing what I want to remove, I have to think about what I am leaving behind as a pattern (make sense?).
Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend.

I liked it. Nice how the filing on the micarta blended to the rest of the filework. I especially liked the de-militarized look. You guys did a great job. I saw it up and had a real hard time keeping away.

You did an amazing job on that file work.

That knife is almost a franken becker with how many becker heads got to it.

That looks nice Good pattern for that blade size.

I've been playing with files off and on for a while. I usually buy a piece of flat bar stock at the local home store and practicie the pattern first.

Looks great badger! I tried doing something like this with a dremel and it looked horrendous! I'm jealous of your skills man!

Did you use a triangle and a round file? Need to itemize my shopping list for sears later, I think my Brute needs some loving :D

Awesome! I would be scared to screw it up, as I am obsessive/compulsive about little things. I gave away my BK14 in a contest because I stripped it and there were weird marks in the steel. Couldn't stand it. If I messed up a pattern on a $70 knife I'd lose it...

I had the same reservations until I had a few drinks.

Heck with those results you can get drunk on any knife I have. Need to think some on a pattern to do
