I dont know about same early steel seeing as the 110 has been around for 50+ years, But it is currently 420HC (very good stuff) same wood and brass and always made in the USA

Enjoy them Becker's ! I think the Becker Ka-Bar Line Is the Best Buy for the Money, Plus there American Made, Well except for the Made In China BK13 but I think that's gonna change Real Soon, There suppose to be coming out with a Made In USA BK13 In the Near Future ! :thumbup:
