  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Becker Knife Names and Pictures

I dont name stuff. Closest I come is referring to the 2 as the Beast and the 9 as the King. But those are pet-names for the whole line not just my specific blade.

I guess I could call this Beast ''Mr. Two-Fiddy'' LOL

Hey, thats nice, you ever plan on modding them?

Already started, I just finished hand stripping Helga the other day and I'll be hand stripping Becca soon, now all I need to do is get some gun blue and a piece of vinyl to cut names and #s out of. My plan is to clich AROUND the names, so that instead of being sunk in, they stand out, make sense?

Unfortunatly...no.

Unfortunatly...no.

Instead of cliching the names into the flats, I wanna clich around the names, so that instead of looking like the "do not go gentle" 9 that clich made, I want the names to be bright and shiny while the area around them is etched, does that make more sense? Think of the "do not go gentle" 9 without the etching on the words.

i was told that naming things is a sign of mental illness, so i don't do that ;)

Ah, ok.

Its one thing if a tool or piece of machinery earns a nickname through use. Old reliable...big dog....stinky....something like that.

I find going out of my way to hurry up and think of a name for an inanimate object pretty ridiculous.

There is already a thread for this. Gosh, just use the friggin search.

There will be multiple threads that contain the same stuff. I've seen loads of threads about things like "sheath dulling the edge" and "7 vs. 9" and I didnt know about the other one so just calm down ok...I'm sure you've said something on here thats considered redundant.

it was a joke bud... i was saying you said the line about being redundant before....
