Well..

One of these rightside scales is the real deal.

The copyscale is a bit thicker.

Overall a piece of crap(as expected) ... but handles though horribly fitted are for sure knockofs.

iirc, Boker bought a case of the old Camillus (thicker) scales. they could be legit...

supposedly, KaBar alerted them they should not make more, but use up their legally bought stash

also, they're not supposed to export to the USA?

but who knows...

now, if they are making new handles, that's a bigger issue...

the blade is pretty generic

You should totally do it. You're way better than average. I'm just average. Nothing wrong with that, although I have a hard time competing with the truly gifted.
How you been? Haven't talked to you in a while. Keep trying to make the gathering but something always interferes. This fall it is because I'm doing a little tour playing drums. Hopefully spring.
