My first Becker, a Necker arrives tomorrow. I got a TDI clip for it too. Looking forward to giving it a go ;)
 
just peeked out the window and saw a mysterious package sitting at my door...a necker! hoooray! i already can tell i'm gonna love it but can't wait to use it. already have a BK2. i bet that would be big enough for your hands! :)
 
I was at first taken aback by the size of the necker. However it is probably my most used becker. For an EDC it is the perfect size and scary sharp. I use it for just about everything, opening boxes to cutting up my steak to stabbing the copier when its not working properly (see office space for reference) ;). Its a great little knife and tough. I need to get the bk14 eventually...only because its missing from the pack

Go big or go home, get yourself the 9 and then see how you feel about the necker.

Seriously though, I don't have one yet but I have handled them and they seem like a decent enough size for most small jobs and plenty to defend yourself with in a pinch.
 
If you like the blade but want a bigger handle look at the post your beckers thread there are some really awesome neckers with scales and some have complete handles.
 
I can see where this can happen search see date of 1/27/2010 and think it's recent but it's 2011! Done it myself...felt like er a Jackass...oops Donkey.

right on this is a cool thing. last night i just ordered a complete ultra lightweight camping set up. the knives i choose to take with me out on the trail are both beckers i got the bk9 combat bowie and the necker or bk 11 now i anticipated the small handle thing and ordered a set of becker micarta handles for it and its going on the shoulder strap of my oakley ap pack. lol can't wait till stuff starts rolling in especially the knives!! once again its pretty awesome to have the designer and inventor on the forum with us. i will report back when my new work knives get here.
