That is great news indeed! Now how 'bout that Becker folder. ;)

Cheryl,

When will you receive and send out - waiting with excitement to see this in my hand...Please let us know...Matt

As soon as I heard this good news, I immediately called 1 Stop and confirmed my order. They said they just got a shipment from Camillus and they would be going out today or tomorrow. Of course, that didn't stop me from being disappointed when I got home and the front door step was empty!!!

Great things come to those who wait!!!!

Thanks, Will.

Albin

Good someone post some pictures when they get theirs, measurements too. I've been look and looking for a knife this size the last fews weeks...I hope this will be the right size. Just a necker, or will it have a little clip?

Drool!!!!
Too bad I need to upgrade my computer first and I don't got much money.

I've already asked my local knifedealer to put one or two aside for me. Oh, the anticipation is delicious!:D geegee

Just figured out to Strider Wrap handles with 550 and did my new Crewman. I guess this would be a good wrap project.

I can't remember the last time I needed to open a bottle. That little hook is going to eat up my hand. I wish they had a version without it.

That's true Esav. I used to buy my Pepsi in 16.9 ounce glass bottles with the tops that had to be popped off, but those bottles are not available in the Northeast U.S. (Where I live anyway, I haven't seen those bottles here in 10 years.)Since I don't drink beer either, I'm afraid I will have no use for the bottle opener.:(

Now that I know they are shipping, I can stir the pot a bit. I used one of the prototypes hunting this past week. IT WAS PERFECT FOR THE TASK! I know that Will and Ethan had tried it on deer and then made a few changes to the design. Hey boys, their modifications were right on.

It looks easy enough to put a set of micarta scales on the BK-11. I suppose the "bottle opener" could be filled with (black dyed) epoxy. I think I'll wait until someone else trys it first, though.

In the meantime, perhaps I'll try a cord wrap.

Terrill,
How bout a mini review or eval on how you used it on your hunt :)

Will, looks good. About the notch in the rear it is hard to tell without getting my hands on one but it looks like a wire breaking notch. If you have a cyclone fence obstacle, you put the notch over a link of wire and bend it back and forth and surprisingly quickly and quietly the link breaks. In a matter of minutes you can make a man sized hole through a fence.
