Ah, it brings great joy to me to notice such a grand amount of Followers of the Oak. Go, go and take pictures, my brethren.

I don't think NikkiR would take kindly to being referred to as an "old geezer", especially from some whippersnapper still wet behind his ears. Look down every now and then, MM: sometimes the ice can be wafer thin. I would say to the both of you young'uns: consider how what you have typed may be viewed before you hit the reply button. If it weren't for "old geezers" you'd have no #7:(8,/ internet.

Do you hear that sound? it was the sound of sarcasm...... And (IMO) "NikkiR" has a very good sense of humor and would not take offense.

See, to my ears it sounded like smarta$$ery. But my hearing ain't what it used to be. Back to the regularly scheduled photo scavenger hunt, please.
 








Well just digging through the album this is what I have, not sure if it meets your criteria but its dark now so I dont think a flash picture would work. I am blessed with some awesome oak tree on my little place.
 
That's an Oak! :)

We have a local variety they call a "Scrub Oak" that makes for a smooth flavored tri-tip in the water smoker. :p
There's just such a tree in the backyard, big sucker, my dog is buried under it. I have an aged knuckle trimmed off that tree that is ready for chunkin' to be used for cooking this summer. That one knuckle is easily better than fifty pounds.

Cool pic. I have a BK12 and an 11 and there is a sickly looking cactus on campus, but Im not sure about the prospects of getting a pic with a BK12 right in front of the building lol.
 
I got multiple types of cactus and an RBK,1s,2s,3s,4s,5s,6s,7s,9s,11s, 15, 16s, 17s but no 10,13,14,24 or ... 12 :(
 
I think the double knife request is going to really slow down this thread.....
I only have a 2 and a 16 so that puts me out of most requests.
Not to mention those that only have one knife.
 
ok. I see the conundrum. Lets try one or the other and you can substitute the one. So for example you have an 11 but no 12, you can use a bk2 or something in place of the 12?

Let's give it a day and see what happens.
