2.5 miles run + stretching and light physio work
Any thought to working on your weakness first Mike? Ya, you won't get the same numbers in; but over time you'll notice improvements. I was always told to change it up as often as possible. Try attacking the same workout in different ways. Each time you'll get different results but overall you will improve.
Yeah, might go with the fins first next time out. Been trying to swim more WITHOUT the pull buoy. Funny what I've gotten used to.

OK, OK. Keep your voice down.Well, I went up and down the cellar stairs six times today. Two more times than usual. Mainly because I forgot to take the Milwaukee bit set and had to go back up to get it. Doesn't compare to your 1,500 miles in the pool though but I'll do more in the future. While downstairs, I rubbed some antique carving tools against some diamond plates for about two hours. Practiced some carving. Then, using hand tools only, sawed and planed a bunch of boards for some shelving. Tired now and my shoulders and knees hurt. I hope you're happy, Mike.

This has made me VERY happy, Ray. So glad you decided to join in. And I will gladly take the blame for any soreness or tiredness....since you are there, and I am here, and there ain't sh!t all I can do to alleviate or ameliorate your situation. Shouldering the blame costs me nothing, and I'm pleased you decided to post here, doing what you were going to be doing anyway

No formal workout for me today, though I did carry a 12' step ladder into a supermarket today, climb up and down and walk back and forth from the back of the store to the front about 50 times. Still couldn't get the stoopid camera to work. And, to get the 12 footer off my truck, I have to get out the 4 footer, climb up to undo the straps, take the 8 footer off, lean it against the truck, get the 12 footer off, lean that against the truck, put the 8 footer back on the rack so it doesn't grow legs and put the 4' one back in the truck before heaving the Class III fiberglass 12 footer over my shoulder and carrying it through the parking lot to the back of the supermarket - all the while being on the lookout for elderly folk not moving real fast, people looking at their phones instead of the guy carrying a ladder, standing there, waiting for them to look up so the don't get smacked - and a host of other people not really paying much attention to anything much past the end of their noses. Bit of a workout, as well as a test of patience. Woulda been nice to actually fix the problem - but you can't win all the time.
