I have a wohlwend, was not impressed.
my first JK needed some shaping on the handles - after that I like it a lot.
my second was perfect out of the gate.
I have a KFU/Bill Akers collab knife - good knife for dropping in the pocket when wandering in the pastures.
I had a KFU - until the wife stole it -- that's a sweet little knife.
I also had a Koster "BOB" knife blank -- great for what it was supposed to be and the price was right -- after I put some osage orange scales on it and made it a sheath, it went home with a family member who was in love with it.

What custom are you getting soon?

It's 13" blade. I will take some new pics when I get my new custom. (It's another chopper from Bruce.) I do have a pic from a while back when I first got the Golok. (Summer last year) (Not the best pic, wasn't using a good camera)

I'm not even sure if I have a custom. I have Fiddleback, Laconico, Koster, BHK, etc. I have things from the Busse Custom Shop.
But all of them are models owned by other folks, many of the knives in the same configurations. So semi-custom maybe? Certainly batch knives.
For instance, lots of folks own the Fiddleback Recluse, but few probably have the wenge wood with a tapered tang. I'd call it a semi-custom at best though.

David Wesner made up these big honkin' choppers for me. Not sure how many of these are out there.
