Got plans tomorrow so celebrating St. Patrick’s Day today. Just started cooking dinner. :D

if those were poblano or Anaheim chiles instead of bell peppers, you'd have had a near perfect breakfast going there.
 
Don’t be dissing bell peppers! They are my favorite vegetable. They have to be cooked just right. Closer to burnt than raw.
 
you can have my share. (and E's -- he's actually allergic to all varieties of bell pepper)
