Took some time to stretch this morning and do a few yoga holds. I need to work more on my core strength. Another goal to work towards; I want to be able to do some of those crazy yoga suspension holds. :D don't know why... but it looks cool and its crazy hard!

That's it for me for the month! tomorrow I'm taking a rest day. See y'all in the new thread on Sunday!

TBL, thanks for keeping up with this thread :D I wanna see pics when you do crazy yoga stuff haha. I think yoga is super cool but I'm not consistent with doing it at all.
 
I had a pretty poor month with little to no scheduled workouts, but today I tagged along with a friend for a walk around Seattle that turned into a journey, nearly doubled my previous walking record and feel pretty spent.

23.8 miles of city walking, with a few distilleries, a couple local food manufacturer tasting rooms, and a great local hardware store where I got a nice traditional Hori Hori.

MYB 4 + 24! :eek: = 28
