Took some time to stretch this morning and do a few yoga holds. I need to work more on my core strength. Another goal to work towards; I want to be able to do some of those crazy yoga suspension holds. don't know why... but it looks cool and its crazy hard!
That's it for me for the month! tomorrow I'm taking a rest day. See y'all in the new thread on Sunday!
