Took some time to stretch this morning and do a few yoga holds. I need to work more on my core strength. Another goal to work towards; I want to be able to do some of those crazy yoga suspension holds.

That's it for me for the month! tomorrow I'm taking a rest day. See y'all in the new thread on Sunday!
