I know Bladite is up here, and I see a bunch of you other guys are here in the Northeast, so have we had a meet and greet yet?
It would be cool if we could meet at a sportsman club or someones private land. Show off our knives Becker or otherwise and maybe get some camp cooking going. Anyways...just daydreaming.

Sounds like a plan to me.

We got the PNW covered, the SE covered, it would make sense to have the NES going on. We need to get some midwestern stuff going too. Beckers across the land!!!!

Hi all, im not beck-head but i have bk9 and bk2 I would like to join because I live on long island, so harriman would be great for me. I hike around bear mountain a lot. Not sure about the knife restrictions there though.
 
Is it really East if it's west of the Hudson? ;-)

I think CT has pretty decent knife laws, with an explicit provision for appropriate use.
RI is stupid - 3" max, tho FB is fine. No exceptions.
I think MA is a horror show, but amn't certain of the details. Surely VT would be ideal, what with no carry permit required for firearms and all, the knife laws are probably not an issue (again, don't know for sure). I bet NH and ME are very good legally, but getting pretty far east for the NY-ers, and since they prolly don't have cars (;-)) it wouldn't be nice to exclude them.
