So,going down the list and numbers of you beckerheads,i noticed that #666 was reserved for our alien overlord...! Well,i' m no overlord and i don't even think i can yet apply to be a beckerhead but i can prove that i am an alien ( according to the US immigration).... Can i ask for that number when time comes or should i set up for his #667 neighbor?....:foot:

Think you answered your own question....you aren't an overlord, and the requirements for that number are very specific.

Haha...no worries,it was farfetch...was just wandering...thanx guys
Btw is there a story behind this that i missed because i'm a newbie? I' d like to know if so...

For those who don't know 666 = Julius Caesar the Roman dictator...Nothing more, nothing less. People sure can be silly at times. :)

Just a thought, you might want to rethink the thread title before Moose comes in... He has a habit of showing his Beckerhead 'member' when wearing a kilt...

I'm curious why so many people identify specific numbers as being indicative of their own self-satisfaction, proposed greatness or coolness. When really, it is the individual who makes whatever number great.

I Like 284, just like Cham likes 193, and so on. A random number by any logic or perception, assigned to me by Moose. It is specific to me, is my identity and cannot ever be associated with anyone else.

I like 9 because, well, you can't not have a 9.

I know some people want a specific number but I think numbers should be assigned in order. It provides a better idea of exactly how many great Beckerheads we actually have. And yes, my number was the next in order when i qualified for membership.

It wasn't that I "like 193" however it's my number, there are many others but that number is mine.

Hey guys...it's no big deal at all,i really wish i would of not write this but i did.for explanation,i was born in 1969,3 is a number that has always been around in my life and 666 has been around my tattoo carrier for the past 20 years....as i said,i don t even think i can be a beckerhead so,again,i apologize if i opened a can of worms, wasn't my intention.
Moose, feel free to close this one, thanx.

Naw, don't be so negative. Why would you think you couldn't be a BH? I meant no personal offense. Your requests is not uncommon. Many BH want a munber "personal" to them. I just took your request to point out how strange I think it is. Don't misunderstand me though, I associate some things in my life with numbers, like for instance, My wife and I were married on the 101st day of the year, which is also the number of the Army division we were both in when we first met (101st). Our day of marriage was completely coincidental, but a good one. So, 101 is a good omen number for us. I know what you mean, its all good, rock on!

No worries, Darksidedenny. All is good. Those who want a special number can request it and those who don't get the next in order.

Ultimately, numbers are numbers, but most everyone has a couple special to them. "5" has always been my number (wore it when I played football).

But I have an even more special number selected assuming it is still available by the time I achieve Beckerhead status.
