Beckers and Food

Bacon! Had myself a nice breakfast as well...

You only need a few ingredients:
Bacon
Left over mashed potatoes
pepper
salt
milk
cheese


Step 1: Cut said bacon in pieces. Obligatory, with a Becker

Step 2: Fry 'em

Step 3: Fry said left over mashed potatoes in the same pan. Add a tiny bit of milk and some spices (I used pepper and salt)

Step 4: Wait for the bottom of the mashed potatoes to get all crusty. Work it around a little bit. Let it get crusty. Repeat ad infinitum

Step 5: Flip the mashed potatoes like a pancake until they become a nice "hump" in the middle. Add the pieces of bacon to the sides. Add cheese on top for a light gratin.

Steak sandwich on ciabatta bread with a horseradish hollandaise, and carmelized onions with havarti and provolone cheese. With hand smashed potatoes mixed with bacon and onions and cheddar.

Start with this, half rack of ribs. Deboned and meat chopped

Chopped with onions and bacon (yes 2 kinds of pork, I'm fat!)

supper is served! Also made a hash using most of the same ingredients except left out the rib meat and added potatoes. Added tobasco, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic to the hash.
 
I am pleased to see noooo one posted anything "over the top"........Overkill any one......LOL! LOL...

I could spend two hours in the kitchen and be lucky to stumble out with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but here's the breakfast Mom had waiting on us after the cold weather challenge last Sunday.

I'll give a free set of stippled tweener scales, in black, to the first person that can tell me what the three things are that I put on the lettuce as a dressing? No, the bacon doesn't count lol.
