Beckers and Wood Handles!

Even if it's for Camping/Hiking?
If you have a hunting/fishing license then you can use it while you're hunting/fishing. I don't believe camping is exempt from the regular laws.
I hope to relocate to someplace nice an unpopulated with more forgiving laws in the coming years.

I'm sorry to say but that is absolutely ridiculous.
And I thought New York State was bad!
Well good luck to you bud, I hope things work out!

Glad to be an Indiana resident. Its sad when people can't use a simple tool such as a beautiful Becker blade because of idiotic bureaucracy. Well that and idiots who use the tools in ways to prompt such bureaucratic actions.

Amen Bearded, Amen.
It's a shame this seems to be a trend.

FYI if you blue it you don't want to use it for any type of food items. A quick soak in some apple cider vinegar and a rub down in mineral oil will give you a nice coat that you don't need to worry about being toxic.

I just did a half a$# job on some old oak hardwood with my 15 that I'll be posting soon. The patina is just from random use with an initial soak in vinegar.

Post some pictures!
Looking more into patinas, whether it be vinegar or mustard with some videos I've been watching.
Regardless I'd like to remove the coating.

Thank you very much. I have used the crap out of it and continue to mod it for my needs. I love that blade.
