Beckers Not a Military Thing...?

Being in the Military (3 yrs active duty & 5+ active in the NYANG) & working for the State (24+ yrs), it has been my experience that "more often than not, the person in charge of ordering & the person in charge of deciding which things to buy large quantities of, usually knows absolutely nothing about said items." Which is why people end up with crap. JM.02c.
