You're only about sixty miles from my house but I'm a thousand miles from home.
 
This afternoon my head has cleared up. Will be down as early as I can Saturday :)
 
I made it out for the day yesterday and had a blast!!!!!!! Meeting Ethan and seeing old and new friends rocked! Lots of cool contests and Ethan and KaBar supplied a ton of very cool prizes :) Only wish I had slowed down a bit to remember to take more pics but it was a very active sight with fun going on everywhere :) I even got to help Ethan cook dinner! OK I peeled a couple pieces of garlic but I am gonna tell the story my way :D You guys put on a helluva Campout and I can't wait for the next one! Oh and many Thanks goes out to the property owner for very graciously letting us use the sight :)
 
Had a great time yesterday seeing Mr. Becker again was the high lite of the day:D. What a good group of people to spend the day with.
Thanks to everone for making me so welcome. Thanks to Nate for inviteing me and putting on such a great event!!!

I wanna say we had 31 people show up in total including 11 Beckerheads, some for just 1 night most for the whole weekend. Some folks who said theyd be there never showed but quite a few unexpected people showed up out of the blue.

* note for next time, have paper towels and hand sanitizer in camp, more water for washing (hands, pots & pans).

Did you guys mail Ethan back to Tennessee or is he still staggering around in the PNW?
 
He's visiting folks he knows out here. I think I recall he was going to be around these parts for a few more days, then heading back east.
