Me again!

Here is what happend:

1.05-25-2008 - I paid for Gold membership
2.Memorial day - holiday came (nobody was working)
3.05-27-2008 - got mail from Sales Department that my membership has been activated.
4.05-29-2008 - 4 days later I'm still waiting...

Is Spark the only ones who activates accounts?

Yes, now I'm a gold member Earlier today (around afternoon) I was a registered member, then I went to work and now when I came home (around 23:00) I looked and saw I've became a gold member.
