For the first time in two weeks we had a gorgeous weekend. Its just been raining the last two ones and completely miserable. I was even able to coax the Mrs' out for a stroll. We just went to the little prairie behind our house. Its all pretty flooded with all the rain we had, but that didn't stop the dogs from enjoying their romp.

Usually max avoids the water, but he had no problems with it today!

I had my little Breeden modified kat knife and my Jiimi wade necker with me
My wife found herself a new - to be converted walking stick. Thanks (I think) for your post Talfuchre. Becky saw that post this morning and figured she'd get me to try my hand at one.
One cool thing I found out today. The sheath for my JK kit knife also fits my Jimi Wade necker. The JK also fits pretty good, not as tight, in my on-scene tactical kydex. So the Wade rode in a Stomper sheath today!
