This looks interesting, how do you like the taste? What does a Porter taste like compared to an IPA?

Edit, found out Porters are more dark, so I assume much stronger flavor, and IPA is more hoppy flavored?

Not the op, porters are dark more toasted and malty, they tend to be lightly carbonated and syrupy. They very often have coconut or coffee flavors in them. Think about but sweeter and syrupy.

IPA is a pale ale that was triple hopped to make it around the horn of india on british merchant ships, hence india pale ale. Hops are a preservative.

They can vary wildly now a days but tend to be lighter in complexion and very hop forward. I've had malty to milkshake flavors and dry like champagne to fresh and fruity and most recently they started making sour IPA, which I am a fan of.

Thanks. I like some of the coffee flavors in some I have tried. Just to try as I am not a real beer drinker. Don't judge me, I liked Modelo Negra.
