This is great setup, I always wanted a can opener like this !
I was in Vegas for this years SHOT show, I wish I knew you so you can possibly tell me the store you got it from...

And THAT is a beautiful Dami kitchen knife....

I think you're right about the handle, but all I care is how the blade will cut my home made beef pastrami...
It performed flawlessly for a $40 Chinese made Calphalon knife...
