Yes, in theory. It was produced in Uman, Ukraine by уманьпиво (umanpivo). (pivo = beer). Uman is in central Ukraine, south of Kyiv. Those Cyrillic letters are molded into the bottle glass. I purchased mine at a European market store here in Raleigh, NC. I'm not sure how long that import process may take or how long it was in the store before I bought it. It could potentially be a seasonal also. I would enjoy having it again.
