Sweet! How is this release? I’m working with the maestro Greg Hall on a something cool.
Tastes like their standard release, which I really enjoy, of course the variants are usually better, but didn't see any of those at the store I was at. Are you working on a barrel aged project?

I have a few bottles dating back to the late teens rat-holed. I usually open one on Xmas. Better head to store for a 4-pack! Sorry, no knife in this pic.

I used to store them, but since they switched to pasteurization, I stopped, given it won't change the flavor profile like they did pre-pasturization (2015 was the year all were infected...).
