Thanks everybody! I used a Wicked Edge on it. Set at 17 degrees per side and took it from 100 grit diamond stones for reprofiling through 0.9 micron ceramics and balsa wood strops to finish it.

I really think that S110V may take the best mirror polish out of the high vanadium steels.
