First picture was before I screwed up the chunk of blackwood but gives you an idea what it looked like before I started changing things. New handle is stab. zebrawood. Blade was forged from a piece of Don's W-2 and is 10" long. Wrought iron came from Karl Anderson. Think it was part of an old structure in its first life. Overall the knife is 15 1/2" with a peened threw tang.

Beautiful Knife. Congrats.

Wow. That is some very unique zebrawood. I've never seen any that looked like that. Very nice. You're making me think that when I send my next batch of woods out to be stabilized, I should be including the zebrawood that I have in that batch.

Dayum. Fine looking cutlery!

Raymond,
That is a great looking knife. The end view puts it all into perspective for me. The handle is thin and the grain is beautiful from that angle. I get a much better feel of it with that view included.

I like the fineness of the blade and character in the guard and pommel.
Great proportions and workmanship.

Thanks for sharing.

Glad you like that last shot. I had a heck of a time trying to get it to balance that way. I'd go to take the picture and it would fall over.

Cool piece! I like how you have a style that instantly says "Ray made me".
