Greetings all. I am torn in my mind between two Todd Begg models, the Astio and the Mandera. Both have lovely aesthetics, but I have not had the opportunity to handle either. Does anyone here have experience with either? It seems like the Mandera's blade shape may not be quite as useful, although the sweeping lines are great. Thoughts?
