im sure Dylan @ Shadetree already has a name for it........but we don't always use it....I wish I could be on speaker phone when someone calls him about ordering some "Professor In a Blender" "Purple", "Yellow jacket" or "Putting Green" burlap

We still get requests for clown vomit. . .

This one is nameless, but it is a variation on red tsunami with more yellow and orange. It is a one off twisted burlap composite and there will be no more of it. Mariachi Tsunami does not seem right tho. . .

Isn't it Mexican Hammock or Poncho or something like that? I remember seeing it on their table at Blade. Wish I could remember the name.

The retired hammock was a different material, namely a retired Mexican hammock. . .

We always re-name their stuff. That way when other makers call to get the material nobody knows what the other person is talking about. LOL.

Off Topic

Digging this one up from the past... Andy, after trying to get my hands on one of Luke's knives for quite some time I finally did and man is it killer! Thanks for telling me about him. I have yet to go to his shop but we have been chatting and I'll get there in the not too distant future. I also got my name on his list for a second knife.

Luke had some very complimentary things to say about you Andy, and after all of this time I did tell him you said hello.

Side note - I was able to stop by Bill Ruple's shop the other day (I had no clue that we lived 40 minutes apart) and what a nice guy! I was able to check out one of his Lanny's Clips and his work is second to none and I can't wait to get the knife he is going to make for me.
