Just out of curiosity, is there any reason why the pinouts and bullseye are cut so long? Probably just pre cut everything to one length for simplicity, just seems like an excessive amount to grind off. I know I try and keep sanding to a minimum where possible, belts and materials not getting any cheaper and all that.

Monday & Tuesday are the busiest days for Chris. Getting the scales ready for glue-up is no joke.

After they are unclamped Chris actually takes them to the vertical bandsaw and trims them up so Andy does not have to grind it all away.
They are all cut uniformaly during production. They are all supposed to 1 1/8" long
This also ensure the cut we put in the bullseye is in the middle
