GEC has forwarded this based on my input as this year's Traditional Forum Knife

I strongly prefer natural materials, so Jigged Bone is perfect in my view. We are looking at 600ish pieces this year, pricing to come. Before anyone asks, yes this will come with a button too.

2023 marks the 25th year of BladeForums, so this will be a special offering. We still have time to get the front and back labels together for this so I'm open to suggestions or submissions.

Like last year, you will need to be an active member of the Traditional forum to purchase these (25+ posts in this forum, member since before Jan 1, 2023) or have a Gold or higher membership.

EDIT: A sharp eyed member pointed out that there appears to be a rendering error in the middle picture; they are correct, this is a two blade design, not a 3 blade
Beautiful!!

Well... if you look at which side the blade comes out of, it's opposite.
This is, as far as I can tell, a quintessential Norfolk pattern.
Very true.

Interesting to note that the frame is really the same proportions as the Queen railsplitter (3 3/4), just a bit bigger (3 7/8).

I wonder if Bill intends to flip the frame in the near future and do a railsplitter.

The Norfolk is a bit more elegant way to use the frame IMO and I’m glad the BF knife is in this configuration 👍🏼.

Here's a good read:
Thanks for the read. I know what Norfolk is, though. I just meant how did GEC named that new pattern of theirs? Just a "Norfolk" or something else maybe?

Not really knowing what a proper railsplitter is, I searched the best source I know:

though the link is broken in Peregrin Peregrin s original post, I think he quoted the important information.

How do we know how many postings we have, and WHEN they were?

This will be three years of trying, and I STILL think I'm not qualified????
:(
Gold or Higher membership gets you there. Isn't KNIFEMAKER a premium membership (I don't know about that)? OH
