He was having trouble with his website, so, me, being the pissy little whiner I am, left a rude message(yes, I even think it was rude) on his machine, because I was frustrated and interestingly enough, have many responsibilities as well........imagine my surprise when he got my number off his caller ID, called me the next day, and asked if I managed to get everything I needed and apologized for his site being screwed up......needless to say, I buy all my wood from him as he understands the nature of not only business, but just life and the different types of people you tend to encounter in it....later, I complimented him for his site getting back in order......so, as a point of reference there are many more stories like this one I can share about every other person or business I deal with, but I think even the most dull witted get the gist by now. I do want it now...... I want it right, I am an asshole, but most people who are in business respond in a way so as to diffuse anger and/or frustration, not add to it, and end up discovering that under my rough exterior and harsh ways, I am a nice enough person, but, as you may have noticed, I don't back down and I won't be changing anytime soon.....sorry, deal with it....see you all at the next knife show near nashville.......

On the note of continuing the point of this post.......please do check him out....if you cut up your own scales, the prices he has on certain usually high end woods like gaboon ebony and african blackwood are really outstanding........as is his selection.
