This one rocks (on the cutting board) A handy design similar to the one that I use in my kitchen.
Stock removal from 3/32" 52100 steel
Flat to slight concave grind
Machine finish with a fine Scotch Bright belt
Overall length: 11 1/4 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches deep
Rosewood handle
