Give them a call? There are two larger companies that do all of the contact wheel rubber for pretty much all of the knife making industry ...Contact Rubber & SunRay rubber. They deal in volume.

I've delt with Sunray. They do custom 1 offs. Actually they are really reasonable. I got a custom 6" contact wheel made for a surface grinder for around 100$. But they are always backed up. It took 6 weeks to get my order.
