I have never had an issue with a Benchmade before, so dealing with their C/S was a first. I bought a BM CSK at the Knife Expo a couple weeks back, and failed to notice that the strap on the sheath that came with it was too short and wouldn't snap around the handle.

I dropped BM a note wanting to know if they could repair it. They responded saying they just needed my address and would send a new sheath, I didn't even have to send the old one in. How cool is that? :thumbup:

I already knew BM rocked, but this just proves it!

Edit: I apparently can't spell Benchmade, doh!
