Benchamde omega springs

Holy schnikeys!

One of my omega springs just folded on my new pre-production Osborne. Does anyone have a source for replacement springs? I performed a search and came back empty-handed.

Call Benchmade. They won't sell springs out-of-house, so you'll have to send in the knife for them to replace the spring. If you don't mind me asking, what led to the damage to the spring?

The spring broke from normal opening of the knife. I had the knife maybe 2 months before it broke. I flick my knives quite a bit while watching TV. I never snap a knife open, so I'm a little disturbed that the omega spring broke.

I just bought a Kershaw Boa last Thursday and the freakin' torsion bar thingy broke today! Like I said, I flick quite a bit, but this is ridiculous! The Boa has been opened probably 300 times in the past 5 days and the thing is broken already. No snap openings.
