I purchased this thinking I might get into 'bladesports...never materialized. I have, however, found it to be quite useful around my property cutting blackberries and pruning fruit trees (...don't tell my wife! I'm supposed to use 'proper' pruners). I've also used it camping and it's a very handy camp tool. It was never used for competition chopping. The blade shows some patina from use but the edge is not damaged and it's still quite sharp. Handle has nice ergonomics and is very comfortable. SOLD Thanks for checking it out!
