The new Benchmade 2012 knives are now on our site and ready for pre-order. This year there are several new and exciting models, including the re-introduction of a classic style balisong, the Benchmade 62, which we introduced last week. The new models are as follows:
An all new Axis lock design, developed by Warren Osborne, the Benchmade 810 Contego is making its debut. This tactical folder features G10 scales and an M4 blade. Four blade variations are available, all of them featuring a Cerakote finish.
Also new this year are two Nak-Lock designs, the 482 Megumi and the 483 Shori. Both are elegant folders which would fit perfectly inside a jacket pocket as a gentleman's knife.
And lastly in the Benchmade line there is a new year-round gold class, the Benchmade 940-121. This upgraded 940 model features a powder coated M4 blade alongside an anodized titanium frame with carbon fiber bolster accents.
